In case of bank transfer payment, we only receive the order request after payment approval. The order takes 12h to 24h to be processed and sent to the address. Preparation time may take 3 days in case of promotions or collection transition.
The order is delivered in next 5-7 business days.
We are not responsable for failure or delays. We will try to deliver the orders on time, however we can not guarantee time delivery. The order is sent by a carrier that guarantees the best delivery conditions.
The status of your order and the shipment tracking number will be sent via email and you can access this information, at any time, in your customer account.
Shipping prices depend on the delivery zone. When your order is placed you will be informed of the shipping costs. We work with a reputed service to ensure you the best service at the best price.
Shipments out of the European Community will be charged customs duties.

You should always put a phone number to contact, and if possible a timetable for delivery. After two atempts of delivery, the order will return to the place of shipment. For more information please contact us.
Report a late delivery:
If you received a shipping confirmation email and your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, consult the deadline, you can contact us via: firstname.lastname@example.org. When you contact our Customer Service Team, please have your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail). The anomaly detection service may take 14 working days to confirm the occurrence, there is no refund made this period of time.
