In addition, when you use any stezzo.com service (e.g., Customer Reviews), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. stezzo.com reserves the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
stezzo.vivere ( Malouma Store- Comércio, Lda) , hereby called “stezzo.vivere”, reserves the right to not process orders received from users who are not “Final Clients”, or those who are not in compliance with the general sale conditions.
The “Client” should supply the “stezzo.vivere” with an email address, telephone contact or information relative to some other form of contact, which is correct and complete. The client must also accept that the the “stezzo.vivere” may contact them using this information, if necessary.
Right to not accept the order or cancel the purchase
The “stezzo.vivere” reserves the right to refuse any order for any motive. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase
(even if it has already been accepted by us),
in the following conditions, without being responsible for any damages or costs:
The product is no longer available/in stock (values shall be refunded);
•Invoice information is not correct or verifiable;
•The order is signalled by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
•Money Transfer for the payment of the order was not received in a period of 7 days after accepting your order;
•If we discover that the Client is under 16 years of age;
•If we discover that the Client is a retailer;
•If there is an error in the price quote;
•If it is impossible to deliver to the supplied address.
Security of the Order
The “stezzo.vivere” online store uses SSL Certification which protects against fraud.
Your payment information is encrypted as soon as you login until your transaction is processed and it is not saved on a public server.
Although we use encryption software, the security of the information and the payment through the internet or through email can not be guaranteed. The “stezzo.vivere” cannot be held responsible for any damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic communication methods, including, but not limited to, recurrent lapses or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interceptions or manipulations of the electronic communications by third parties or computer programmes used for the communication or transmission of viruses.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we begin to process the order after we have received payment. This can take up to several days. If 7 calendar days elapse since the placing of the order without receiving any sort of payment, then the order shall be cancelled. Payments can only be processed if the information used for invoicing can be verified.
Reservation of Ownership
The “stezzo.vivere” retains ownership of the company’s products until he has received full payment for all those products.
The prices of the products displayed on the site include Value Added Tax (VAT). The shipping fees are applied to the order. The exact price of the shipping charges depends upon which country the order is to be delivered to. For additional information regarding shipping charges by country, please consult the “Shopping Guide” section of the site.
The prices are all quoted in Euros. Please note that a change of the country can influence the prices of the products as well as the shipping charges.
Your Total Cost
The total cost specified in the final checkout menu includes taxes and shipping charges. The prices are quoted at the time of the order’s confirmation, which can be printed or downloaded for future reference or use. Please transfer only the exact amount specified at the time of the order’s confirmation and make separate, individual transfers for each order.
Changes in Prices
The prices of the products presented on this site are subject to changes. The “stezzo.vivere” reserves the right to alter prices without the need for previous warning. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase. Except for computer error.
Please be aware that even though the site is updated with extreme care and attention, it is possible that the information about a price may contain errors. The “stezzo.vivere” cannot be held responsible for honouring that price and reserves the right to cancel your order, in the case of such an error occurring.
Quality and Guarantee
The “stezzo.vivere” does not sell second hand products, products with defects or of an inferior quality to the market standards.
The products displayed for sale on the website stezzo.com may not exactly correspond to the actual garments in terms of image and colours, due to the Internet browser and/or the monitor used.
In case you decide to return the purchased products, the “stezzo.vivere” reserves the right to not accept the return if the products are returned without their corresponding tags or seal, have been altered relative to their original state or are damaged.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery: where and when
We deliver products from Monday through Friday. We do not make deliveries on specific holidays. We can only deliver an order if the delivery address is a house or office in one of the countries mentioned in the available country list.
A delivery is considered carried out or a product is considered delivered with the signing of the delivery receipt at the address agreed upon.

If the order is confirmed on a business day before 12:00pm and payment is made with PayPal/Credit Card, then the order will be shipped in the following 12-24 hours (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). If payment is made via bank transfer, the delivery method is less efficient being that the product is only shipped after we receive the payment. This can take up to 5 to 7 days. The “stezzo.vivere” cannot be held responsible for the nonfulfilment or delay in fulfilment of any obligation due to force majeure, in other words, any event, act or omission beyond our reasonable control. (An Event of Force Majeure – includes any event, act or omission beyond the reasonable control of the “stezzo.vivere”).
*We shall try to deliver in the foreseen time, it being commercially feasible. Normally, we shall always proceed in this manner; however, we can not guarantee a timely delivery.
Whenever possible, we try to deliver all items in one shipment. However, we reserve the right to divide the shipment of the order. For example, this would occur (but is not limited to) part of an order being delayed or unavailable. If we proceed to divide an order, the client shall be notified, by email of our intention to proceed in such manner. To that effect, we shall use the email address supplied by the client at the time of the order.
Inspection at the time of delivery
At the time of delivery, the client may inspect the package to check for possible damage. If the client determines that the items have been damaged, he should not accept the package, which will then be returned. The “stezzo.vivere” shall proceed with reimbursing the value of the order and the shipping costs as soon as the warehouse receives the package and completes the return procedure.
After receiving the order, it is imperative that the client verifies the delivered items in a period of 15 days, because after that time the “stezzo.vivere” considers that the client accepted the product(s) if they were not returned within this period of time.
The shipping fees are applied to each order. The exact price of the shipping charges depends upon which country the order is to be delivered to. For more details regarding shipping charges by country, please consult the “Shopping Guide” menu.
For countries outside the European Community (for example, Brazil, U.S.A. Russia, amongst others) all the costs pertaining to customs taxes are the client’s responsibility.
Returns and Cancellations
Order cancellation before shipping
The client may cancel an order without any associated costs, as long as the order has not yet been processed. If a client has placed an order and then intends to cancel it, they must first verify the status of the order in the ” My Account” menu located in the upper right-hand corner of the site’s homepage. If the order’s status is labelled as “Awaiting Payment” or “Payment Accepted” there is still a possibility of cancelling it. However, the client should contact our Customer Service to request the cancellation of the order. Only after this procedure is it possible for our Customer Service Department to request the cancellation of the order to the warehouse. If the cancellation request is successful, the client shall be notified via email and the cancellation will be processed without cost to the client. If the cancellation is not possible the items will be sent to the client. If it is still the client’s intention to cancel the order, they should not accept the delivery of the package containing those items. However, the client may proceed with returning the items according to the terms and conditions stipulated below.
Return of defective items
The client has the right to return products if they determine that they contain defects or are not in conformity with the products which were ordered. The return may take place 30* days after receiving the order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If the complaint is justified, the cost and the shipping fees shall be reimbursed. Return/Exchange of product because of cancellation
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you may return them within a period of 15 business days after delivery, as long as:
•The products have not been washed or used
•The products maintain its original characteristics and the packages have not been damaged (packages which have carefully been open are not considered damaged);
•The product is complete;
You may not return:
•Products which have been used or washed.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
