For any confirmed order within a business day we will process the shipment in 2 to 5 days. Although in some specific cases it may vary.

In the case of bank transfer payment, we only receive the order request after payment approval. The order takes 12h to 24h to be processed and sent to the address. Preparation time may take 3 days in case of promotions or collection transition.

Order delivery happens in the next 5-7 business days.
