You should always put a phone number to contact, and if possible a timetable for delivery. After two atempts of delivery, the order will return to the place of shipment. So contact us for more information.
Report a late delivery
If you received a shipping confirmation email and your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, consult the deadline, you can contact us via: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the service detects an anomaly it may take 14 working days to confirm the occurrence you won’t get a refund until then.
